The Palace’s Yule Log is a magnificent balance between tradition and modernity decorated with a soft chocolate color. The whole is sublimated by a finely worked chocolate decor, with in the center a silver medallion proudly overhung by the logo of the Parisian Palace, symbol of prestige and savoir-faire.
The marquise, worked like wrought iron, seems to levitate on the glaze, in order to value this symbol of unique architecture and elegance of the hotel.
Concerning the flavors, the Yule Log reveals a gourmet universe where textures and tastes are intertwined in perfect harmony. A chocolate biscuit serves as the basis for an airy chocolate mousse infused with farm milk, scented with Christmas spices, wrapping a heart of caramel and praline. Every bite is an invitation to rediscover the essence of the Christmas Holidays.
