Spiced flan

For the Festive Season, Chefs Yazid Ichemrahen and Alexandre Favre have reinvented the iconic French pastry. Nestled between traditional puff pastry and Alsatian shortbread, this Christmas-spiced flan is surrounded by a smooth cream made with farmhouse milk, infused with Christmas spices such as cinnamon and star anise, and topped with orange marmalade.
